Each year, Easter Seals Crossroads unveils a new limited-edition holiday ornament that features one of the many landmarks of Indianapolis. This year's ornament is of Victory, the magnificent 38-foot tall bronze statue that serves as a tribute to Indiana's Civil War endeavors and has crowned the Soldiers and Sailors Monument since September 7, 1983.

It seems as though you cannot turn on the television without hearing staggering statistics about unemployment in America, but did you know that according to the U.S. Department of Labor 16.8% of Americans with disabilities are unemployed versus 9.0% of Americans without disabilities?

Unemployment is a real issue. People are ready to be hired as soon the opportunity presents itself. This includes persons with disabilities (where the unemployment rate is on average higher).
